Moving your left hand up the bat, in order to lay a bunt down you must keep your eye on the ball, and don’t let your bat head drop

Matthew performs a simple throw here, making sure he stays closed, hitting his throwing partner in the chest.

 Getting his feet under the ball, Matthew catches a fly ball using two hands to secure it

On this slow roller, Matthew attacks the ball fielding it in the middle of his body and proceeds to throw from a lower arm angle

Here is another variation of the pickoff to second; the inside move.

Working from the stretch, Matthew steps off and works on picking someone off at second base

 In this drill, Matthew is working on perfecting a diving play in case of an in-game opportunity

By bringing his knee up and getting his arm back and elbow up, Matthew is in his windup, throwing a pitch.

Matthew loads up with the ball is released and he takes the same swing as off the tee, during soft toss

 Fielding a ball right at him, Matthew uses his prep steps to get him in a good position where he would field the ball out in front of him and funnel it up to his body.

 Incorporating a short leg kick to start his swing, Matthew proceeds to get his hands back with the knob of his back pointing down, and then hits the ball off the tee, helping perfect his mechanics
