“Finding Nemo” film sequel “Finding Dory” gets 2015 release

Exciting fans throughout the world, Finding Dory is poised to splash onto big screens in 2015.

After years of speculation about whether it would be produced, the sequel to the Oscar-winning animated film Finding Nemo will be released in 2015, studio Disney-Pixar said. The new movie is focused on the absent-minded blue tang fish voiced by Ellen Degeneres, a comedian, who said, “I’m excited it’s finally happening.”
The film’s release date is November 25, 2015, and it will be set in-part along the California coast.  It will feature all of our favorite fish, including Nemo, his father Marlin, and the rest of the crew.  Ellen Degeneres, on her daytime show Ellen, said, “I’m not mad it took this long. I know the people at Pixar were busy creating Toy Story 16. But the time they took was worth it.”
One concept that Ellen and her fans are excited about is that, in this movie, there will be a lot more Dory screentime. Since ‘Finding Nemo’ brought in an incredible $921.7 million in the box office, if ‘Finding Dory’ can do even half as well, the ‘House of Mouse’ will be more than pleased.
